Importing from Germany? We collect from your supplier anywhere in Germany and deliver anywhere in the Czech Republic — usually by the next day.

Germany is the largest supplier for Czech companies – and also the closest. Most shipments from southern and eastern Germany reach you the next day, often on the evening of the same day. We arrange the collection, track the truck along the whole route and tell you the exact arrival time.

Where we collect in Germany – and what comes from where

  • Bavaria — Munich (BMW headquarters and main plant), Ingolstadt (Audi), Dingolfing and Regensburg (BMW), Herzogenaurach (home of adidas, Puma and Schaeffler), Nuremberg (electrical engineering, machinery).
  • Baden-Württemberg — Stuttgart and Sindelfingen (Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bosch): automotive parts and machinery.
  • Saxony — Leipzig (BMW and Porsche plants, DHL air hub), Dresden (semiconductors, Volkswagen), Zwickau (Volkswagen electric cars). The German industry closest to the Czech border.
  • Rhineland and Ruhr — Ludwigshafen (BASF), Duisburg (Europe's largest inland port, steel), Cologne (Ford), Düsseldorf.
  • Lower Saxony — Wolfsburg (Volkswagen's main plant), Hanover.
  • Hamburg — Germany's largest port: containers from Asia and overseas taken from the terminal straight to you.
  • Berlin and Brandenburg — distribution centres, Grünheide (Tesla plant).

Route and transit time

From Bavaria we drive via Waidhaus – Rozvadov (A6/D5) or Furth im Wald – Folmava, from Saxony via Breitenau – Krásný Les (A17/D8), from the north via Dresden. Munich–Prague is about 380 km, Leipzig–Prague about 250 km, Hamburg–Prague around 650 km.

What to keep in mind: in Germany trucks over 7.5 t are banned on Sundays and public holidays, including German holidays that Czechia does not have. We therefore plan Friday loadings so that the truck reaches the border on Saturday. German motorway tolls are included in the price.

How the import works

  1. Send us the loading address in Germany, quantity and required date.
  2. Within 30 minutes you receive the price for the import from Germany and a proposed loading date.
  3. During transport you know where the truck is, and we confirm the unloading time the day before.
  4. After delivery you receive the signed CMR consignment note.

Full trucks and single pallets

For large volumes we arrange a full truck (33 Euro pallets, 24 t). Smaller shipments travel as a part load or groupage – you pay only for the space they take. Chilled goods travel in a reefer trailer with monitored temperature.

Documents and customs

Germany is in the EU, so goods are not cleared through customs and there is no waiting at the border. An invoice and a CMR note are enough. Goods subject to excise duty (alcohol, tobacco) need an excise accompanying document, issued by the supplier.
