How quickly will I get a quote?
During business hours we send a quote within 30 minutes of your enquiry. We only need the loading and unloading places, the date and a description of the goods.
What details do you need for an enquiry?
Loading and unloading place (town or postcode), date, number and size of pallets or loading metres, weight, whether the goods are stackable and whether there is a loading dock or forklift on site.
Can you provide a vehicle today?
Often yes, especially within the Czech Republic and to neighbouring countries. It depends on the time of the enquiry and free capacity near the loading place, so get in touch as early as possible.
Which vehicles do you arrange?
Vans for up to 5 pallets (~1,000 kg), curtain-sided vans for up to 10 pallets (~1,300 kg), rigid trucks and articulated trucks for 33 euro pallets (13.6 LDM, up to 24 t), plus refrigerated vehicles and trucks with a tail lift.
Where do you transport to?
Across the Czech Republic and Europe — most often Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
How long does international transport take?
Approximate transit from loading: Slovakia and Austria up to 1 day, Germany and Poland 1–2 days, the Netherlands and Belgium up to 2 days, Italy and France 2–3 days, Spain and Portugal 3–4 days.
Do you carry a single pallet?
Yes. Single pallets and smaller shipments travel as part loads (LTL), larger volumes as full truckloads (FTL).
Do you arrange imports into the Czech Republic?
Yes, imports from EU countries into the Czech Republic are a large part of our work — from Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, the Benelux countries and Germany.
How is liability for the shipment governed?
In international transport the carrier's liability is governed by the CMR Convention; in Czech domestic transport by the Czech Civil Code. For valuable goods, additional cargo insurance is worth considering.
Do I need a CMR consignment note within the Czech Republic?
No. The CMR note applies to international transport; within the Czech Republic a delivery note or other transport document is enough.
What does the transport price depend on?
Distance, vehicle type, number of pallets or loading metres, weight, date and loading and unloading conditions. The online calculator gives an indicative price; we send an exact quote within 30 minutes.
How does working with you work?
You send an enquiry or call, receive a quote, and after confirmation we arrange the vehicle and collection, keep you updated on the shipment status and send the documents after unloading.
Do you offer regular transport?
Yes. For recurring routes we agree fixed rates and a regular loading schedule.
