Sunday and holiday driving bans apply to vehicles over 7.5 t (in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria). Vans up to 3.5 t are exempt, so an express van can run at weekends and on public holidays too. Truck ban dates are in our driving ban calendar.

Vans up to 3.5 t are exempt from driving bans, so an express van can run at weekends and on public holidays. Trucks over 7.5 t must observe the bans.
How many pallets does an express van carry?
A box van up to 5 pallets (about 1 t), a curtain-sided van up to 10 pallets (about 1.3 t). For larger shipments we arrange a rigid or articulated truck.
Can a full truck run as express?
Yes. An articulated truck for 33 euro pallets runs direct with your shipment only, but has to respect the driving bans for vehicles over 7.5 t.

Yes, for unloading without a dock we arrange a vehicle with a tail lift, usually a 7.5-tonne rigid truck.
Is an express shipment insured?
Yes. An express shipment is covered just like a standard one – under the CMR Convention internationally and the Czech Civil Code domestically. For valuable express shipments we recommend additional insurance.
Do you run express abroad?
Yes, to all 24 countries we serve. For more distant countries the delivery time depends on the distance and the drivers' mandatory rest periods.
