How the calculation works
Enter the loading and unloading place, vehicle type, pallet count and weight. The system calculates the distance and shows an indicative price.
What determines the price
The price is determined by the route distance, vehicle type, weight and volume of the load and extras such as a tail lift or express. For international transport, CMR and insurance are added.
Enter the loading and unloading places, vehicle type, pallets or loading metres and weight. The calculator shows an indicative price, and once you add your contact details we confirm a binding quote within 30 minutes.
Is the calculator price binding?
No, it is an indicative price. Only the quote we send after checking the date and loading and unloading conditions is binding.
What affects the transport price most?
Route distance, vehicle type, load size (pallets, LDM, weight), date and special requirements such as express, a tail lift or crane loading.
Is toll included in the price?
Yes, toll is included in the quoted price.
Which vehicle should I choose in the calculator?
Up to 5 pallets (~1,000 kg) a van is enough, up to 10 pallets (~1,300 kg) a curtain-sided van, for larger loads a 7.5 t or 12 t truck and for a full load an articulated truck for 33 euro pallets. If unsure, choose the closest option — we recommend the right vehicle in the quote.
What is LDM and when should I enter it?
LDM (loading metre) is 1 m of load floor length across the full vehicle width. Enter it when the goods are not on euro pallets or are unusually long. An articulated truck has 13.6 LDM.
Can I enter non-standard dimensions?
Yes. Write the dimensions and type of goods in the note; we take them into account when choosing the vehicle and in the quote.
When should I tick express transport?
When the shipment is urgent and should travel directly, without combining with other cargo. Smaller express shipments are usually arranged by van.
What does the vehicle with tail lift option mean?
A vehicle with a hydraulic tail lift is needed when there is no loading dock or forklift at the loading or unloading place.
When should I choose crane loading?
For machinery, steel structures or long material that cannot be loaded by forklift. We arrange a truck with a loading crane.
Does the calculator cover international routes?
Yes, routes within the Czech Republic and across Europe, including imports into the Czech Republic.
Why can the final quote differ from the calculation?
The final price reflects current free carrier capacity near the loading place, the date, loading and unloading conditions and the vehicle's return load.
Do I need to register?
No. The calculator works without registration; a name, phone number and e-mail are enough for the quote.
How long will delivery take?
Approximate transit from loading: Slovakia and Austria up to 1 day, Germany and Poland 1–2 days, Italy and France 2–3 days, Spain and Portugal 3–4 days. Within the Czech Republic usually up to 1 day.
How do I turn the calculation into an order?
After your enquiry we send a quote. Once you confirm it, we arrange the vehicle and its arrival for loading.
