What is the route from the Czech Republic to Hungary?

We reach Hungary through Slovakia. From Brno the route follows the D2 to Bratislava, crosses at Čunovo–Rajka and continues along the M15 and M1 via Győr to Budapest – about 330 km in total, around 530 km from Prague. For eastern Hungary (Debrecen) we continue on the M3, for Kecskemét on the M5.

From Ostrava and northern Moravia we drive via Žilina and Komárno. All borders are inside Schengen. According to our transit time overview we plan 2–3 days from loading; on a direct run the truck is often in western Hungary and Budapest the next day.
