Fitting out a hotel or restaurant in the Balearics? We carry furniture, catering equipment, sunbeds and textiles from Czechia to the islands.

Hotels in the Balearics are fitted out in winter. From November to April, while they are closed, furniture, kitchens and bathrooms are replaced — and everything must arrive before the first guests do. We carry from the Czech Republic to Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca, full trucks as well as single pallets.

What we carry

  • Hotel furniture — beds, wardrobes, upholstery, reception desks; bulky loads are charged by loading metre.
  • Catering equipment — combi ovens, refrigeration and freezer units, beer dispensers, dishwashers; fragile and heavy machines are secured.
  • Garden and pool furniture — sun loungers, parasols, terrace sets.
  • Textiles and room equipment — mattresses, bed linen, towels, curtains.
  • Lighting, decoration and small items — often as a part load added to a larger shipment.

Why the date matters

The season opening does not move. We therefore plan the loading around the opening date and book ferry space in advance — the ships are full before the summer. For large orders we split the delivery across several trucks so that construction or installation can run continuously.

Unloading on site

Hotels often have narrow access and no dock. We arrange a vehicle with a tail lift, or a smaller one for tighter addresses. Just describe the access and the time when unloading is possible.
