We provide complete freight forwarding services — pallet and full-load transport, express and international shipping across Europe. We usually dispatch a vehicle the same day.

What we handle

Knapek Spedition is a freight forwarder based in Břeclav, Czech Republic. For every shipment we arrange the right vehicle from more than 500 vetted contracted carriers, agree the timing, issue the documents and follow the transport until delivery. You deal with one person who knows everything about your shipment.

Much of our work is for manufacturers – automotive, engineering, electrical and food production. We know what production needs from transport: reliable supply of components to the line, collection of finished goods from dispatch, fixed time windows and a quick response when plans change.

A box van for up to 5 pallets, a curtain-sided van for up to 10, a rigid truck of 7.5–12 t, an articulated truck for 33 pallets, a MEGA trailer and reefers.

Do you ship a single pallet?

Yes. Single pallets travel as groupage with other shipments heading the same way, or direct by van.

Do you work for manufacturers and automotive suppliers?

Yes, manufacturers are a large part of our business – palletised parts, mesh box pallets, finished goods and line supply.

Can you handle just-in-time deliveries?

Yes. Time-critical deliveries and regular lanes are planned in advance so that material arrives in the required window.

What if production stops because a part is missing?

In a line-down situation we arrange an express vehicle with priority and the part travels direct without transhipment.

Which countries do you serve?

24 European countries, most often Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland. We also import from Western and Southern Europe.

Can you unload without a loading dock?

Yes, with a tail-lift vehicle and, on request, a pallet truck.

Do you ship chilled goods?

Yes – chilled, frozen and temperature-kept goods in ATP-approved reefers of our carriers.

Is my shipment insured?

In international transport the carrier is liable under the CMR Convention, in domestic Czech transport under the Czech Civil Code. For higher-value goods we arrange additional cargo insurance.

Which documents do I need?

For international transport a CMR consignment note, which we issue ourselves; within the Czech Republic a delivery note is enough. For customs shipments we help with documentation.

Do you offer better terms for regular shipments?

Yes. For regular transport we agree fixed loading days and rates for a longer period.
